1.  The pantyhose represents the small intestine.
2. With the pantyhose we put the oatmeal in it.
3. We squeezed the nutrients out of the oatmeal.

The food goes down the small intestine, and the nutrients gets squeezed by the small intestine, then it goes into the large intestine.
